What We Collect

When you use BeforeYouSign, we collect only the minimum information necessary to process your payment via Stripe. This may include your email address and payment details, which are handled entirely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Contract Data

We do not store, log, retain, or have any ongoing access to any contract text, uploaded files, or analysis results. Contract text is sent directly to the AI for processing in real-time and is not saved to any database, file system, or log. Once your session ends, your data is gone permanently.

Cookies

We may use essential cookies required for the functioning of the website (e.g., session management). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify individual users.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis (contract text is sent to the API for processing; refer to Anthropic's usage policies)

Your Rights
